Is this like therapy or energy healing?

Not at all. This work doesn’t follow a method, script, or mental process.

I work in living frequency fields that go beyond the mind — where identity patterns dissolve, memory reactivates, and your original state comes back online.

Do I need to believe in energy for this to work?

No. Your system already knows what to do.

Belief isn’t required — only openness. This work speaks to the part of you that existed long before your thoughts.

What happens in a session?

Each session is different.

I begin by creating Sacred Space and wait for the energies and connections to establish. When connecting into your field all that is needed will come automatically, with no effort. I will know what to do and what to say. .

From there, I use the sound of the soul, so called Light Language. The difference with my Light Language and many others is the I have compressed many of them in my light stream, over 140 of them, connecting to many aspects and variations, beings and planetary dimensions. Then this energetic transmission finds what is needed, to support a clearing, make s reconnection, or remembrance — depending on what your system needs most.

How should I prepare for a session?

Come as you are.

Wear something comfortable, have water nearby, and give yourself space before and after.

It’s helpful to set the intention to allow whatever is ready to shift — no need to “do” anything.

What if I feel overwhelmed or don’t understand what’s happening?

That’s okay. Your system is adjusting to a new vibration and you will never have an experience your system cannot handle

You’re safe — and I’ll hold space for integration. Many clients report that clarity comes in the days following the session, often in unexpected ways.

Will I feel something during or after?
